Wates Group - 2022-23
How to refresh a brand after 125 years - this project incorporated a comprehensive internal and external brand audit, before embarking on a new look and feel to better respond to audience behaviour and expectations.

Wates 125th Anniversary - 2022
To mark this historic milestone, I devised a programme of events throughout the company's anniversary year, focused on the key audiences of employees, suppliers and customers, including a summit for 250 key suppliers and a customer gala evening in central London.

After the company was rocked by operational failures in the run up to London2012, I managed the media response, coordinating a combined in-house and agency PR team to rapidly and effectively deal with hundreds of media enquiries from around the world, manage interview requests, coordinate defensive briefing, facilitate broadcast opportunities and reduce reputational impact.

Annual reports and accounts
I have managed the production of FTSE-listed and private company annual reports, market announcements (M&A), as well as coordinating financial results announcements. The Wates Group annual review, published in March '23 was named Best Annual Report, Unlisted Organisation, at the 2023 Corporate Reporting Awards.
